The old school Planet of the Apes makeup was done really well, and it’s fun to imagine Dr. Zaius rocking out back in the original movies. Though I was really hoping for a Troy McClure/Charlton Heston cameo.

As for the song, John 5 is a master of noodly instrumental prog metal, and this song is no exception. Sometimes you just want to hear someone shred weird stuff on a guitar. So here you go.
