Life needs more metal. Holy Grail is straight out of Pasadena. I thought there was just the Rose Parade there, but I guess they have some metal. The guitar work is pretty noodly and terrific, and they drop vocal harmonies now and again. Anyway, it’s great to hear new metal that isn’t drone or death or technical death or melodic sludge or any of those styles that sound like someone dying while there’s doublekick in the background.
